Every order ships within 24 hours and includes a tracking link sent straight to your inbox. Here’s how to find it.

Check your email

The moment we ship your order, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier. Search your inbox for “ITYSHA shipping” — sometimes it lands in Promotions.

Use your order page

The order confirmation email also has a “View your order” button that takes you to your live order page. Tracking, shipping status, and delivery date are all on that page and update automatically.

Still need help?

If 48 hours have passed and you haven’t received a shipping email, or if your tracking number isn’t updating, reach out and we’ll personally chase it down for you.

Quick answers

How long until my order ships?

All orders ship within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed Friday after 12pm ET ship Monday.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within North America takes 3–7 business days. International delivery is typically 7–14 business days depending on customs.

My tracking hasn’t moved in a few days.

This is normal — carrier scans can be irregular while a package is in transit, especially on weekends. If there’s no movement for 5+ business days, email us at hello@itysha.com with your order number.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes — email us as soon as possible at hello@itysha.com. Once shipped, we can’t reroute it.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

If your package is marked delivered but you don’t have it, or arrives damaged, we’ll replace or refund it — no questions asked. Send a photo (if damaged) to hello@itysha.com and we’ll take care of it within one business day.
